One memorable Customer Service call was from a cranky elderly woman in a remote part of California who had received her new AnthroCart but was unable to put
it together. She had no relative nearby to help her, so we contacted her local fire department, hoping they might come to her aid. On hearing who the gal was, they
immediately said no (small community, big reputation). We finally contacted the local Boy Scout troop who gave it a shot. And so the story ended happily for all.
