2.2 Regsterng MX100s/MW100s
Before carrying out the procedure below, connect the target MX100/MW100 to the
Ethernet network and turn its power ON. Configure the MX100 in advance using the
MX100 Standard Software that comes standard with the MX100 or MXLOGGER, a
software program sold separately. Enter MW100 settings using the browser.
Procedure
1. Click the Search button.
MX100s connected to the network are listed under MX100 nearby

If a user is already connected to an MX100/MW100, the corresponding computer name and
MX100/MW100 software application name are displayed under the User and Software columns,
respectively. You cannot use GateMX/MW to connect to an MX100/MW100 that already has a
connected user.
2. Drag the machine name of the MX100/MW100 you wish to connect from the
MX100/MW100 nearby list and drop it onto the MX100/MW100 unit list area.
When registered, the IP address of the target MX100/MW100 appears in the IP
Address/Host column in the MX100/MW100 unit list area.
