JITKIT Measure
Selecting your jitter parameter measurements is the key step in performing jitter analysis on your
signals. You can define measurements on up-to-8 waveforms.
Jitter Parameters
There are parameter modes for the amplitude and time domains, custom parameter groups, and
parameters for jitter testing.
The Jitter Parameter list is limited to a subset of all of the measurements available in the scope that are
specifically relevant to jitter timing, amplitude or other common measurements used in clock, clock-clock
or clock-data jitter analysis.

JITKIT Measurement Table
JITKIT enables a jitter centric view of the measurement table where all of the entries are relative to the
mean value. This removes the need to perform any additional math on the values provided in this table
to achieve jitter values. This measurement table provides the mean, standard deviation, peak to peak
value, maximum positive, negative and absolute deviation from the mean, number of measurements,
and the measurement status.
