LabMaster 10Zi Rack Mount
Install the MCMZi Rack Mount
1. Remove the three M3 X 6 Torx screws with washers on the left side of the unit using the T10 Torx driver.
2. Position the left bracket so that the holes align with the holes on the MCMZi. The handle should be facing toward the front of the
unit.
3. Use three M3 X 10 Torx screws that came with the MCMZi Rack Mount kit to attach the left bracket to the left side of the MCMZi.
NOTE: The left and right bracket are not interchangeable. The screw holes should only line up correctly with the handle facing
forward.
4. Install the right bracket in the same manner as the left.
5. With the brackets securely fastened to the unit, install the MCMZi into a rack following manufacturer specifications.
A minimum of two fasteners per side is required. There are two additional fastener locations provided in each of the brackets.
Four fasteners per side is recommended for maximum security.
CAUTION. Due to the weight of the MCMZi, transporting the unit while mounted in a rack is not recommended. The
instrument should always be removed from the rack and packed for transit in the required Teledyne LeCroy shipping
materials.
