PARTS LIST:
1 Driver/ Left Sidebar 4 12-1.75mm x 120mm Hex Head Bolts
1 Passenger/Right Sidebar 4 12mm Lock Washers
4 Mounting Brackets 4 12mm ID x 29mm OD x 3mm Flat Washers
2 Spacer Tubes 4 ½” x 2” Hex Head Bolts
4 ½” ID x 1 ¼” OD x 3/32” Flat Washers
4 ½” Lock Washers
PROCEDURE:
1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ INSTRUCTIONS
CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.
2. From underside of vehicle, remove the driver side body mounts.
3. Install the front driver side Mounting Bracket with a Tube Spacer between Mounting Bracket and body
mount as shown in figure below.
4. Secure Mounting Bracket with the included (1) 12mm x 120mm Hex Head Bolt, (1) 12mm Lock Washer,
and (1) 12mm Flat Washer. Do not tighten at this time. NOTE On 06-On trucks, use the existing factory body
mount bolts.
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 for rear driver side rear Mounting Bracket. NOTE: You will not be using the Tube Spacer
on the rear Mounting Brackets.
6. Position driver Sidebar onto Mounting Brackets. Attach Sidebar to Mounting Brackets using the included (2)
½” x 2” Hex Head Bolts, (2) ½” Lock Washers, and (2) ½” Flat Washers. Do not tighten at this time.
7. Level and align Sidebar properly; then tighten all hardware at this time.
8. Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
