Functionally, the 8425-1 Robertshaw thermostat is a Universal
Multi-stage product that is compatible with all 24 VAC multi-
stage heating and cooling equipment including heat pumps.
The 8425-1 comes with all the great features you’d expect from
Robertshaw. It has a large backlit display – 80% larger than
other competitive models. The 8425-1 operates with a 24V
common wire for applications where line power is preferred.
Fashionably, the 8425-1 Robertshaw thermostats can blend
with any decor using exclusive Stat-Snaps™ (Custom Clear
included with unit ). Four styles of faceplates are available:
Gloss Black, Antique Bronze, Brushed Stainless, and Custom
Clear. The Custom Clear can be painted or wall papered to
custom match any decor.
You get all of this in a cool new look. We’ve delivered the
desired “touch screen” appearance - a flush, smooth, easy to
clean face – without the high price of a touch screen.
