Ensure proper fluid filtration is provided on the inlet
side of the flow meter. The unit may be mounted
using the mounting bolt pattern shown in Figure 4.
Two (2) 1/4 - 20 bolts should be used. Always
mount the flow meter with the gear faces
perpendicular to the horizon of the earth (i.e. -
Vertical). This minimizes the effect of gravity on
the gears. The direction of flow must be plumbed
as marked on the side label of the meter. The fluid
inlet is opposite the sensor connection.
