Semi-Annual Maintenance Schedule

necessary.

necessary. Reset ignition settings to manual specifi cations.
3. Inspect internal surfaces of the heater. Inspect refractory for cracks. Cracks

General Maintenance Procedures
Lubrication
Diff erent motor manufacturers recommend various intervals for lubrication
schedules. Load variations will dictate the frequency and amount of lubrication
required.
When developing your lubrication schedule, consider the thermal fl uid
pump and all system pumps.
If you have a thermal fl uid circulating pump with a packed seal, the
condition of the pump packing should be checked regularly. If fl uid
leakage increases, tighten the packing ¼ turn daily.
