Problem Cause Remedy
The default settings have
been changed and need to
be reset.
Some settings have been
made that are no longer
required.
Press the power on/off but-
ton O / I (9) to switch off the
appliance. Press and hold
the service button (12) and
the steam button (11) and
press the power on/off but-
ton O / I (9) to switch on the
appliance. Then press the
start button (10) to confirm.
The default settings are
reset.
LEDs flash. The appliance has a fault. Please contact the hotline.
LEDs flash. Incorrect voltage. Operate the appliance at
220 V-240 V only.
LEDs flash. The ambient temperature is
too cold.
Operate the appliance at
temperatures > 5° C.
