– Series 6500 Interface
The Series 6500 Interface is overvoltage protected
up to ±20 volts.
– ScienceWorkshop Interfaces
Each ScienceWorkshop Interface is overvoltage
protected up to ±35 volts.
Setup Procedure
①
Insert the 5-pin DIN plug into Analog Channel A,
B, or C of the PASCO computer interface. The
small indent on one side of the metal part of the
DIN plug should face up.
②
If banana plugs are not convenient for making elec-
trical connection, slip the alligator clips (included)
over the banana plugs.
Introduction
The PASCO Model CI-6503 Voltage Sensor is designed
to be used with a PASCO Computer Interface (e.g.,
ScienceWorkshop interfaces or Series 6500 Interface).
The Voltage Sensor measures AC and DC voltages from
–10 volts to +10 volts. The probe ends are standard
stackable banana plugs. Alligator clip adapters are
included.
Additional Equipment Required:
• Computer Interface
Voltage Protection
WARNING!
The Voltage Sensor is not designed to measure line
voltage. Do not connect any PASCO sensor into a
wall outlet. Line voltage such as 100 to 240 volts
will damage the sensor and the computer interface.
