4. Connect the Digital Trigger IN sockets (lemo sockets) of the USB-ME256 device to the Sync OUT
(BNC sockets) of the STG (Lemo - BNC cable). Digital Trigger IN 0 of the USB-ME256 device has
to be connected to Sync OUT 1 of the STG, Digital Trigger IN 1 to Sync OUT 3, Digital Trigger IN 2
to Sync OUT 5, and Digital Trigger IN 3 to Sync OUT 7.
5. Connect the BNC sockets of the MEA1060-BC amplifiers to the Sync OUT (BNC sockets) of the
STG (BNC - BNC cables). Please connect the BNC socket of the MEA1060-BC A amplifier to the
Sync OUT 2 of the STG, MEA B amplifier to the Sync OUT 4, MEA C to Sync OUT 6, and MEA D
to Sync OUT 8.

STG for stimulating MEA electrodes on pathway 1 and 2 with LTP-Director. Please connect
additional grounding cables (2 mm plugs cable black) to the STG Stimulus GND connectors.
