The ‘degree dot’ will appear with the odd numbered (33300, 55500) displays.

When 99900 appears the ‘programming dot’ will start flashing. From now on you must
press the proper key within eight seconds or the module will return to Control Mode.

After each key is pressed the display will update.
It starts at 111 0 0 and increments to 7 7 7 0 0 as
each key is pressed, in order. If the proper key
is not pressed within eight seconds Diagnostic
Mode ends and returns you to Control Mode.
If you press the correct key and the display does
not update (and the unit exits Diagnostics), the
test has found a key pad failure.
