LAKEWOOD REAR ANTI-ROLL BAR CENTER LINKS
REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
2005 – 2011 MUSTANG PART NO. 19101

Section 1 – Disassembly
1. Properly raise and support the vehicle either on an automo-
tive lift or ramps.
Note: The use of jack stands to perform this installation is not
recommended.
2. Remove the fasteners from the anti-roll bar end bushings,
located on the bottom of the shock mounts of the rear axel
housing.
3. Remove the fasteners which connect the anti-roll bar center
links to the body.
4. Remove the anti-roll bar from the vehicle and slide the end
bushings and center links off of the bar.
Tip: The use of a spray type lubricant may ease the removal and
installation of the bushings and links.
Section 2 - Installation
1. Install the center link and the end bushings onto the bar.
Note: Use O.E. P#7R32Z-5493-A for a heavy duty 24mm bar or
P#AR3Z-5493-A for standard duty 17mm bar.
2. Install the Lakewood heavy duty center link into the mounting
point of the body using the fastener previously removed in
step 2 of section I. Do not fully tighten at this time.
3. Reinstall the anti-roll bar into the vehicle by attaching the
end bushings to the mounting points on the rear axel
housing. Do not fully tighten at this time.
4. Align the center link insulators with the center links, and
install into H.D link with the covers and fasteners provided in
the installation kit.
5. Tighten all fasteners to complete the installation.
