Resin Problems - continued

Resin leaking from the front of
the Gun block / Spray Tip
Damaged or Dirty Ball in the
Material Cartridge Clean or Replace the Material
Ball as necessary
Damaged or Dirty Material Seat
in Material Cartridge Remove the Material Cartridge –
check and clean ball seat
Actuating Rod holding the Ball
open Check that the Actuating Rod is
moving freely and not being
pressed down by the handle
Stuck or Damaged Actuating Rod Check and repair Actuating Rod
as necessary
Damaged Compression Spring Check and replace the
Compression Spring in the
Material Cartridge
No Resin from the gun
Blocked Spray Tip Clean or replace the Spray Tip
Actuating Rod not opening
material ball Check the Actuating Rod for
damage and check the Material
cartridge and ball.
Gun Head porting blocked Check and clean gun head
porting
Blocked resin hose or fitting Be sure the resin hose and fitting
is not block or damaged
Resin pump not working correctly Repair the Resin Pump as
necessary for proper operation
Resin Return Ball valve open Close the Ball valve located
below resin filter.

Damaged O-ring on the Flush
Button Replace the O-ring on the Flush
Button. Make sure the O-ring is
compatible with the Solvent
Damage Flush Valve Body Replace the Flush Valve Body
Solvent leaking around the Barb

Loose Barb fitting Tighten the Barb fitting into the
