Cartridge Removal:
1. Remove Trigger Quick Pin and push the
Trigger assembly forward.
2. Use 11/16 Ratchet (or wrench) to remove
Cartridge Housings. Note material rod and
catalyst needle will come up with cartridges.
3. Using 7/16 Ratchet (or wrench) loosen Rod
Seal Housings and remove.
4. Remove and clean Ball, Ball Guide and Spring
– replace as necessary.
5. Remove all old O-rings and Seals and replace.
Lubricate new Seals and O-rings and reassemble gun.
Note: Do not use petroleum base oil or grease on purple O-rings
