5 INITIALISATION
NOTE Work on the device should only be carried out by specialist staff
using the correct tools!
Switch off all voltages to the flow controller before working on it!
Î Carefully underlay the manifold with the screwdriver blade and
lever it out (Fig. 6).
Î Turn the manifold into the desired position (max. 2 x 90°).
Î Press the manifold into the housing until it latches in.
ATTENTION!
When screwing the flow controller to the proportional valve,
ensure that the seal is properly seated!
The apparatus socket may only be pushed onto the
connector flags with the fixing screw assembled.

ATTENTION!
Do not twist off the cable ends!
Î Connect the cable (Fig. 3).
Î Put on the lid or the control unit !
Î Insert the flow controller onto the proportional valve (suitable valve types:
6022, 6023, 6223, 2832 and 2834)
Î Screw the flow controller tightly!
