Options
Field Installed Options
Free Cooling Module
Directly coupled to chiller bank, including free cooling coils,
condenser fans and 3-way bypass valves.
Pump Module
Module includes primary and standby in-line centrifugal
pumps in a lead/lag confi guration coupled to the common
chiller header controlled through the CoolLogic control
system.
Water Header Bypass
When using motorized valves, a water header bypass
prevents pump deadheading with a bypass kit utilizing
motorized two position actuators.
Pressure Diff erential Flow Sensor/Switch
To prevent operation of chiller without suffi cient water fl ow
to the evaporator.
Manual Strainers
Increase effi ciency and ensure long life of the equipment
with Y-style and Basket strainers of cast iron 200 psi or
carbon 275 psi with 60 mesh stainless steel screens. All
strainers are fi eld installed external to the chiller bank for
ease of service.
Factory Installed Options
Low Ambient to -20 o F
Variable speed fan control for all condenser fans provides
optimum head pressure control. Liquid receivers and
fl ood-back head pressure control valves are provided for all
refrigerant circuits.
Coil Guards
Protection of air cooled condensers.
Harsh Environment
Coil coating protection.
Hot Gas Bypass
Provided on both circuits allowing unit operation below the
minimum step of unloading.
Heat Recovery
Desuperheater provides hot water.
Heat Pump
Reverse cycle heat pump for heating and cooling operation.
