Power Input, External Power Supply
• Front panel LED ( ) blinks during
boot-up and lights when the IPL is
powered and operational.
• Connect to
included 12 VDC
power supply.
NOTE: IPL Pro Series control processors accept power over Ethernet (PoE) through
the LAN port in addition to network communication (see Control - LAN (Ethernet) on
page 5 for cabling and details). Both an exte rnal power supply and PoE can be
connected to the control processor simultaneously. The IPL uses PoE when it is available
but can switch seamlessly to the external 12 VDC power supply if the PoE connection is
dropped.
