6.5.4 Fixed current value
Function The Fixed current value function can be used to test the operativeness
of the instruments connected to the outputs: output different current
values to the output and, while doing so, check the behavior of the
connected instrument.
Note
The settings for other functions in the Current output menu as, for
example, PID controller and Recorder are retained while the Fixed
current value is carried out.
Setting Selection/Values Explanation
Current output Fixed current
value Using Save and quit, the
nominal amperage that
was input as Inom is
output.
Inom 0 ... 20 mA The nominal amperage
that is output.
