4.4 Conductivity
4.4.1 General information
You can measure the following parameters:
 Conductivity
 Specific resistance
 Salinity
 Total dissolved solids (TDS)
Temperature
measurement
Preparatory activities Perform the following preparatory activities when you want to measure:
Note
The selection of the measuring cell and the setting of the cell constant
is done in the measurement settings menu for conductivity (see section
4.4.4). The cell constant to be set must either be taken from the oper-
ating manual of the measuring cell or is printed on the measuring cell.
1 Connect a conductivity measuring cell to the measuring instru-
ment.
The conductivity measuring screen is displayed.
2 Check whether the Measuring cell and cell constant settings
are suitable for the connected conductivity measuring cell. If
necessary, correct the settings.
