Check battery power or connection
Confirm “Power and function switch”
is on “SCAN” position
Can’t receive the tone
signal for finding cable
Instrument is damaged; please send it
back to us for repair.
Perform test with
telecom switching
equipment, can’t receive
the tone signal for
finding cable
It is probable tone signal interfere with
telecom switching equipment signal
when perform cable finding test that will
effect testing result, you can turn off
telecom switching equipment power if
necessary.
LED indicator damaged, please send it
back to us for repair.
Cable mapping LED
indication is incorrect.
Plug conductors are not contact to
socket, please reinsert the plug to
socket.
