Use swivel plate assembly ( A) as a template to mark location of holes, point 1 and point 2, approximately 6" apart
on table. Drill two holes using a 1/4'' drill bit.
Place two 1/4-20 x 1 3/4" elevator bolts ( E) into slots on swivel plate assembly (A).

Choose swivel range below and identify swivel
range holes.
Insert using two screws ( H) into swivel range holes
of swivel plate assembly ( A) as shown below.
