Installation Instructions

!Warning: Always work with appropriate personal safety
gear including safety glasses, gloves and hearing protection if
using air powered tools.

Begin by inspecting the components & hardware for dam-

age. Then compare components & hardware to the bill of materi-
als for completeness. If anything is missing/damaged, do not pro-
ceed with the installation. Please, call Daystar Products (800-595-
7659) and we will send you the missing of damaged components
free of charge.
!Caution: Vehicle front end must be raised to install leveling
kit. Using a hydraulic chassis lift will greatly ease installation.
If another jack is used, assure vehicle is level on a firm sur-
face, in park (1st gear), rear wheels chock and jack stands in

NOTICE:

( DO NOT COMBINE WITH ANY OTHER SUSPENSION KIT )

1. Make sure you are working on a level, stable concrete surface or

using a lift to perform this work.

2. Jack the front of the vehicle in accordance to manufacturer rec-

ommendation and support vehicle with jack stands, wheel
chocks and use the floor jacks to support the axle so it can be
lifted and lowered relative to the vehicle.

3. Remove front wheels.

4. Raise the axle using the floor jacks enough to relieve tension in

the shocks.

5. Disconnect endlinks to sway bar, brake line bracket and OE

shocks (both sides). Fig.1, 2 and 3

Lower the front axle as far as possible. Remove only one

spring (mark or note spring orientation before removal). Re-
move OE spring isolator. NOTICE; do not over extend or
strech brake lines.
