Base Angle Installation
On the lower edge of the final bottom ring, attach the base angle ring using 5/16" x 1-1/4" bin bolts. Before
the bolts are tightened, push the angle tight against the bottom edge of the sheet. Before lowering the bin,
apply the optional base sealer to the entire underneath side of the base angle.
(See Figure 3I.) Next, lower
the bin onto the foundation and check for an adequate seal.
If base sealer strip is not used, another method should be used to seal the base ring to the concrete.
