Rough Country recommends a certified technician install this system. In addition to these instructions, professional
knowledge of disassemble/reassembly procedures as well as post installation checks must be known. Attempts to install
this system without this knowledge and expertise may jeopardize the integrity and/or operating safety of the vehicle.
Please read instructions before beginning installation. Be sure you have all needed parts and know where they go.
Please review tools needed list and make sure you have needed tools.
PRODUCT USE INFORMATION
This part #1046 is for use with the Rough Country JK winch plate, part #1059. These mounts are installed with the hard-
ware that is included with the 1059 kit.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Install the d-ring mount on the front of the winch plate as shown in Photo 1 with the supplied 1/2” x 1 1/2” button
head bolts that were included with the 1059 winch plate.
2. Tighten the mounts using a 8mm allen head bit.
3. Install the d-rings in the mount with the supplied washers and snug the cross pin. See Photo 2.
