Verify Tire Pressure Control System air system
capacity by checking air system pressure buildup.
Does the air
system build up to at
least 125 psi?
Repair air system and retest system.
Refer to Service Manual
Using the diagnostic tool, check
faults to identify the faulty channel:
Front (23)
Rear (24)
Trailer (25)
Initiate deflate mode on the
identified channel.
Are the wheel
valves deflating
slowly?
Initiate inflate mode on the identified channel
and check for crimped or restricted lines.
On the tire or axles that deflate slowly, check for:
Restricted wheel valve exhaust port
Clogged wheel valve filters
Plugged tire valve stem
