Automatic submission - Application Approval Database
In addition, requests can be submitted using the Dana Commercial Vehicle Systems
Applications Approval Database found at the following site:
http://www.cvsengineering.com
Applicants must have a user ID and password from Dana Applications Engineering
prior to use.
Application Approval Database instructions
Step by step instructions for filling out the necessary fields in the Dana applications
database can be obtained from the Spicer website
( http://www.spicerparts.com ), under the Service & Sales Literature menu tab, Axle
Application Guidelines page link (AXAG-0400A, Spicer Steer Axle Application
Form Instructions).
Manual submission - Application Approval Request
Manual submission of application approval request can be proceed by completion of
form CVAD-0524 also provided in the Spicer website
( http://www.spicerparts.com ), under the Service & Sales Literature menu tab, Axle
Application Guidelines page link (AXMT-0400, Application Approval Request Form).
Form CVAD-0524 should be submitted to Dana CVS Applications Engineering
Department for review and approval (address underneath).
