13.2.5 Deleting a Shortcut
To delete a shortcut, do the following:
1. Press .
2. Select Shortcuts, and press Select.
The following message is displayed: “Select a Shortcut by pressing
the key!”
3. Press the shortcut to delete and press more....
4. Scroll to Delete [selected shortcut], and press Select.
A confirmation message is displayed.
Note: Select Delete all shortcuts if you want to delete all your
phone shortcuts.
5. Press Yes to confirm.
The following message is displayed: “Shortcut deleted!”
6. Press OK to return to Shortcuts menu.
13.3 Sounds
This section describes how to change ring signals and alert signals for
incoming calls from the settings menu Sounds
.
Note: You can change the ring signal for individual contacts, see8.3.3
Editing the Ring Signal on page 68.
13.3.1 Changing Ring Signals for Incoming Calls
A ring signal can be either a traditional ring signal or a melody that you
download from a server.
To change the ring signal for an incoming call, do the following:
1. Press .
2. Select Sounds and press Select.
3. Select Ring Signals and press Select.
Default Ring Signals is selected.
4. Press Select.
5. Scroll with the navigation keys to the ring signal or melody you wish
to use and press Select.
