APPENDIX B
IAMT SETTINGS
The Active Management Technology iAMT) has decreased a major barrier to IT efficiency
that uses built-in platform capabilities and popular third-party management and security
applic ations to allow IT a better discovering, healing, and pr otection their networked
computing assets.
In order to utilize iAMT you must enter the ME BIOS (
change the ME BIOS password, and then select
“iAMT” as the manageability feature.

You must go to BIOS to enable iAMT function.
2.
Exit from BIOS after starting iAMT, and press
