Disposing of Used Lancets
Dispose of the used test strip and used
lancet in a puncture-proof container
with a lid. You may use a disposal
container that was designed for such
items. Ask your healthcare professional
for disposal details.
To avoid infection, use a new lancet each
time you perform a test. Do not reuse lancets.
To avoid accidental injury, do not leave a lancet
in the lancet device. Always remove the used
lancet immediately after a test.
