8. Set the “Alias Name” and the “Server Description” here. Click
on “Next”.
Note:
You can define the location or other information of the MFP Server
for easy to find the MFP by filling “Server Description”.
9. The MFP Server will try to determine your network settings. If
a DHCP Server is present, the MFP Server will
automatically obtain and configure the network settings
assigned by the DHCP Server. If no DHCP Server is
present, please assign the network settings of the MFP
Server manually. By default, the network settings of the
MFP Server in “Manual IP” selection are as below.
IP Address: 192.168.2.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Please click “Next” once you have found appropriate network
settings for the MFP Server.
