Replacement

To replace a broken gear:
-

Remove the worm shaft from the cutter housing.

Loosen the screw of the gear by means of a screwdriver.

Remove the gear from the worm shaft.

Place the new gear onto the worm shaft and fasten it with the
screw.

Aby wymienić uszkodzone koło zębate:
-

Wyjmij wał ślimakowy z modułu tnącego.

Poluzuj śrubę koła zębatego śrubokrętem.

Zdejmij koło zębate z wału ślimakowego.

Nałóż nowe koło zębate na wał ślimakowy i przymocuj je za
pomocą śruby.

Înlocuirea

Pentru a înlocui un mecanism defect:
-

Scoateţi axul melcului de pe carcasa cuţitului.

Slăbiţi şurubul mecanismului cu ajutorul unei şurubelniţe.

Scoateţi mecanismul de pe axul melcului.

Fixaţi noul mecanism pe axul melcului şi strângeţi şurubul.

Замена

Замена лопнувшей втулки-предохранителя:
-

Извлеките шнек из режущего блока.

С помощью отвертки отвинтите винт крепления втулки-
предохранителя.

Снимите втулку-предохранитель со шнека.

Установите новую втулку-предохранитель на шнек и закрепите
её винтом.
