Breadmaker Strawberry Jam

2 cups Granulated Sugar
2 tbsp. Powdered Low Sugar Fruit Pectin
3 cups Fresh Strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced

Sandwich White Bread
1.5 Pound Loaf INGREDIENTS 2 Pound Loaf
1 cup Water, 80° F 1 cups
2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine 2 ½ tablespoons
2 tablespoons Dry Milk 2 ½ tablespoons
2 ¾ + 2 tablespoons Bread Flour 3 ¾ tablespoons
2 tablespoons Sugar 3 tablespoons
1 ½ teaspoons Salt 1 ½ teaspoons
1 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast 1 ¼ teaspoon

¾ teaspoon Bread Machine Yeast 1 teaspoon
