The outgong

clear.
When recordng the announcement, make sure you speak n a normal tone of voce about nne
nches from the telephone base.
Make sure there is no background noise (television, music, traffic, etc.) when recording.

system are very difficult
to hear.
Press VOL on the telephone base to ncrease the speaker volume. on the telephone base to ncrease the speaker volume. •

does not record

Make sure the answerng system s on.
If the answerng machne memory s full, t wll not record new messages untl some old
messages are deleted.

If a caller leaves a very long message, part of t may be lost when the system dsconnects the
call after four mnutes.
If the memory on the system becomes full durng a message, the system stops recordng and
dsconnects the call.
