Answering system
Message capacity
The answerng system can record and store up to 99 messages. A message can
be up to four mnutes n length. The total storage capacty for the announcement,
messages and memos s approxmately 14 mnutes. Messages wll reman avalable
for replay untl they are deleted.
Activate the answering system
The answerng system must be turned on to answer and record messages. Press
ANS ON/OFF to turn the answerng system on or off. If the answerng system s
turned on, t wll announce “Calls will be answered,” and the ANS ON/OFF lght
wll be on. If the answerng system s turned off, t wll announce “Calls will not
be answered,” and the ANS ON/OFF lght wll be off.
