Outgoing announcement
Your telephone answering system is pre-programmed with an
announcements for normal (answer and record) mode and for
announcement only mode If the phone is set up to record messages,
the phone answers calls with “ Hello. Please leave a message after
the tone” You can use this announcement, or replace it with your
own recording
Record outgoing announcement
1 Press MENU, the system announces “Announcement. Press PLAY
or press RECORD. To continue set up, press SETUP.”
