Conference call
It is possible to establish a conference call between two handsets and
the external line
While one handset is already connected to the external line, the other
handset can join the call by pressing
A conference call will be
immediately established, both handsets will show:
Find handset
• To locate a misplaced handset, press FIND HANDSET on the base to
page all system handsets
• To end the page at the base, press FIND HANDSET again
• To end the page at the handset, press , SPEAKER, or any dial pad
key (0-9, *, #)

Call transfer
• While on an external call, any system handset (HS1) can transfer the call to another system handset
(HS2) by pressing INT The external call is put on hold automatically Then select the handset
number to be transferred
• HS2 will ring and the screen will show HS1 IS CALLING
• Pick up the intercom call on HS2 by pressing
/FLASH
• An intercom call is established and HS1 can communicate with HS2 prior to the external call being
transferred CALL TRANSFERRED will briefly display on HS1.
If the transferred call is not answered within 100 seconds, the external call will be returned to HS1
and the screen will show CALL BACK
