Answering system operation
Remote access commands
Function: Command:
Play messages Press 1 to play all messages . Press 2 to play new messages . If
there are no new messages, the system plays old messages .
Repeat a message Press 4 whle message s playng . Press 4 to repeat the
current playng message from ts begnnng or press 4 durng
the begnnng of the day and tme announcement to back up
prevous message .
Skp a message Press 6 whle message s playng; each press advances to the
next message .
Stop Press 5 .
Help Press *5 .
Save messages Hang up .
Remote access
You can access many features of your answerng system remotely from a touch tone phone .
1 . Dal your telephone number .
2 . When the system answers, enter your remote access code . If the memory s full, t announces
‘Memory is full’ before askng for your remote access code .
3 . Enter a remote command (see Remote access commands, below) .
4 . To end remote access, smply hang up the phone .
Voice menu
The system has voce prompts to help you wth remote operaton . Press * 5 to hear the menu whle
remotely connected to the answerng system .
