Delete records from call history
Delete a specific call:
1 . Locate the record you want to delete from call hstory .
2 . Press the
CHAN/REMOVE key to delete. You’ll hear a confirmation beep.
Delete all calls:
1 . Wth the handset n dle (off) mode, press and hold CHAN/REMOVE . The screen dsplays ERASE
ALL NO YES. The current choice flashes.
2 . Press untl YES flashes.
3 . Press SELECT. You’ll hear a confirmation beep.
• Caller ID numbers

an area code that
may not be requred
for local calls, or
wthout a 1 that
may be needed
for long dstance
calls . If the number
dsplayed s not n
the rght format,
press # repeatedly
to see dfferent
dalng optons . You
can choose to dal
wth or wthout the
area code, or wth
or wthout the 1 .
Dial a displayed number
1 . Locate the record n call hstory that you want to dal .
2 . Although the call log entres you receve are 10 dgts, (the area plus the 7-dgt number,) n some
areas, you may need to dal only the seven dgts, or a 1 plus the seven dgts, or a 1 plus the area
code plus the seven dgts . You can change the number of dgts that you dal or store from the call
log . Whle revewng the call log, press # repeatedly to dsplay these dalng optons for local and
long dstance numbers before dalng or savng the telephone number . See an example below .
3 . Press SELECT . Press or untl DIAL flashes.
4 . Press SELECT . The number s automatcally daled .

When the number s correctly dsplayed for dalng, press
TALK/FLASH .
Store a call history record in the directory
1 . Locate the record n the call hstory you want to store n the drectory .
2 . If you wsh to change how the number s stored, press
# . The screen dsplays any alternate dalng
