CHARGE/IN USE
• Flashes n unson wth an ncomng call’s rngng .
• Flashes slowly when the handset s n use or answerng machne pcks up a call or extenson s
off hook .
• Glows steadly when the handset s chargng .
MESSAGE WINDOW
Indcates the status of answerng machne . Shows the number of message recorded n the malbox .
ANS ON/OFF
Set the answerng machne to answer an ncomng call .
PLAY/STOP
• Play back recorded messages n malbox .
• Stop message playback .
REPEAT/
Repeat or playback the prevous message durng playback or move to prevous settng when n
SETUP mode .
SKIP/
Skp or move forward durng message playback or to move on to the next settng n SETUP mode .
DELETE
Delete one or all messages .
VOL /
Increase/decrease speaker volume .
CLOCK
Press to announce the current tme . Press agan to enter clock set mode .
SETUP
