Directory
Erase a directory entry
1 .
Press . The screen dsplays DIRECTORY .
2 .
Press or to scroll alphabetcally through entres stored n drectory .
— OR —
Press the dial pad key for the first letter of the entry you want to delete.
3 .
When the screen dsplays the entry you want to delete, press SELECT . Then press or untl
ERASE flashes.
4 . Press
SELECT. The screen dsplays ERASE NO YES and the number . The current choce
flashes.
5 . Press untl
YES flashes.
6 . Press
SELECT. You’ll hear a confirmation beep.
Move a directory entry to the speed dial
1 . Press . The screen dsplays
DIRECTORY .
2 . Press or to scroll alphabetcally through entres stored n drectory .
— OR —
Press the dial pad key for the first letter of the entry you want to move.
3 . When the screen dsplays the entry you want to move, press
SELECT. Then press or untl
SPEED flashes.
