Switching Play Modes
You can switch to any of the following play modes if you press J (Options) while a track
is playing/paused and select Play Mode.
◆ Repeat ( ): Play the current track repeatedly.
◆ Repeat All ( ): Play all fi les in the current playlist or folder repeatedly.
◆ Random ( ): Play all fi les in the current playlist or folder randomly.
◆ Current Only ( ): Play the current track once only.
◆ All ( ): Play all fi les in the current playlist or folder in order.
Switching to Background Playback
You can switch to background playback in order to use other functions if you press H
while a track is playing/paused. The indicator appears on the display during
background playback.
To redisplay the playback window, display the standby window during background
playback and press
H.
Streaming
The streaming function allows you to play the video/audio fi les of links. You can access
Web pages for streaming from Enter URL (page 96) on the Streaming tab or stream
from links in messages and Web pages.
Note
This operation is not possible
for the playback of tracks from
Recent.
Note
Packet communication fees apply
even if playback is paused
because the handset continues
network communication.
