Erasing the Recipe Menu (Figure 9)

Erasing the Recipe Menu will permanently delete
currently-stored recipes and recipe settings.

To erase the menu:
1. From the Options Menu, press the “ERASE

MENU” Soft Key (middle left) to erase menu.

2. Press the “ENTER” Key to confirm or the

“BACK/STOP” Key to cancel.

3. Press the “BACK/STOP” Key to exit the

Options Menu.

Enabling/Disabling the Write Card Function

(Figure 10, page 9)

Enabling the Write Card function allows
operators to save recipes from the oven to a Smart
Card. Disabling the Write Card function prevents
operators from doing so.

By default, the Write Card function is disabled
unless otherwise requested by the customer.

To enable/disable the Write Card function:
1. From the Options Menu, press the “WRITE

CARD” Soft Key (bottom left) to turn the Write
Card function on or off.

2. Press the “BACK/STOP” Key to exit the

Options Menu.

simultaneously press and hold for 5 seconds.
