Solution
The tank full/tank
empty light lights
up continuously
and the appliance
switches off while
flushing the mop-
ping nozzle.
The dirty water tank is
full.
Empty the dirty water tank (see chapter ‘Using your
AquaTrio’, section ‘Emptying the dirty water tank’)
and start the flushing procedure again (see chapter
‘Cleaning and maintenance’, section ‘Flushing your
AquaTrio’).
I cannot move
the appliance
forwards or
backwards.
One or more wheels
may be blocked by a
small object.
Switch off and unplug the appliance and then put it
on its side. Make sure the dirty water tank is empty
when you put the appliance on its side, otherwise
wastewater may leak out of the dirty water tank.
Check what is blocking the wheel(s). Remove any
object that could block the wheel(s). Put the appli-
ance upright again and resume cleaning.
I cannot find the
vacuum cleaning
function.
There is no separate
vacuum cleaning function.
When you switch on the appliance, the mopping
and the vacuum cleaning functions work at the same
time.
