12 Troubleshooting
This chapter summarises the most common problems you could encounter with the appliance. If you
are unable to solve the problem with the information below, contact the Consumer Care Centre in
your country.
Problem
Possible cause
Solution
The appliance
does not work
when I push the
slide forwards
and press the
power-on button.
You did not assemble the
upper body on the lower
body correctly.
Place the lower body of the appliance on the flushing
tray. Press the upper body onto the lower body with
some force until you hear a click (see chapter ‘Before
first use’). The blue back of the upper body has to fit
onto the lower body without a gap.
The upper body
wobbles and is
not stable when I
use the appliance.
You did not assemble the
upper body on the lower
body correctly.
Place the lower body of the appliance on the flushing
tray. Press the upper body onto the lower body with
some force until you hear a click (see chapter ‘Before
first use’). The blue back of the upper body has to fit
onto the lower body without a gap.
I cannot press the
power-on button
to switch on the
appliance.
The appliance is
equipped with a safety
lock.
You first have to push the unlock slide forwards to
unlock the power-on button and then you can press
the power-on button to switch on the appliance.
Release the unlock slide when the appliance switches
on, but keep the power-on button pressed (see
chapter ‘Using your AquaTrio’).
The appliance
stopped working
and a light flashes
when I switch on
the appliance.
The clean water tank is
empty.
The tank full/tank empty light flashes to indicate that
the clean water tank needs to be refilled. Fill the
clean water tank (see chapter ‘Preparing for use’, sec-
tion ‘Filling the clean water tank’).
The clean water tank is
not present or has not
been placed properly.
Make sure you place the clean water tank properly
and that the lever is locked (see chapter ‘Preparing
for use’, section ‘Filling the clean water tank’).
The appliance
stopped working
and a light lights
up continuously
when I switch on
the appliance.
The dirty water tank is
full.
The tank full/tank empty light lights up continuously
to indicate that the dirty water tank needs to be
emptied. Empty the dirty water tank (see chapter
‘Using your AquaTrio’, section ‘Emptying the dirty
water tank’).
The dirty water tank is
not present or has not
been placed correctly.
Make sure you place the dirty water tank properly
and that the lever is locked (see chapter ‘Using your
AquaTrio’, section ‘Emptying the dirty water tank’).
