Solution
Water leaks from the
clean water tank because
you overfilled the clean
water tank.
Do not fill the clean water tank beyond the MAX
indication. If you do, water may spill from the clean
water tank when you fasten the cap (see chapter
‘Preparing for use’, section ‘Filling the clean water
tank’).
Water leaks from the
dirty water tank because
you tilted the upper
body too far backwards
or because you placed
the appliance on its side.
This caused wastewater
to run out of the dirty
water tank.
Do not tilt the upper body of the appliance too far
backwards, for instance when you clean under a low
table. Do not place the appliance on its side when
there is wastewater in the dirty water tank (see
chapter ‘Important’, section ‘Caution’).
I cannot remove
the mopping
brushes.
You probably tried to
remove them by pulling
at the wrong side.
grab the lime green grips of the brushes and pull
the brushes up a little. Then you should be able to
slide them off the projection on the other side (see
chapter ‘Cleaning and maintenance’, section ‘Cleaning
the mopping nozzle’).
I cannot tilt the
appliance back-
wards without
the nozzle com-
ing off the floor.
The appliance is locked in
parking position.
Press the parking position release button with your
foot to unlock the appliance from parking position
(see chapter ‘Using your AquaTrio’, section ‘Pausing
during use’).
The appliance
does not take
up water when
I flush the mop-
ping nozzle.
You poured too much
water into the flushing
tray or you poured it in
too fast. This causes the
mopping brushes to be-
come too wet. When the
brushes are too wet, the
active protection system
is activated. The mop-
ping brushes stopped
rotating because they
encountered too heavy
resistance.
Switch off the appliance, put the appliance upright in
parking position (‘click’), and pull the plug out of the
wall socket. Remove the mopping brushes from the
mopping nozzle and remove excess water from the
mopping brushes by squeezing them over a sink (see
chapter ‘Cleaning and maintenance’, section ‘Cleaning
the mopping nozzle’). Then you can reinsert the
mopping brushes, reinsert the mopping brush cover,
close the mopping nozzle lid and switch on the appli-
ance again (see chapter ‘Cleaning and maintenance’,
section ‘Reassembling the mopping nozzle’). If this
does not work, let the mopping brushes dry (see
chapter ‘Cleaning and maintenance’, section ‘Cleaning
the mopping nozzle’).
The tank full/
tank empty light
starts flashing
and the appliance
switches off while
flushing the mop-
ping nozzle.
The clean water tank is
empty.
Refill the clean water tank (see chapter ‘Preparing for
use’, section ‘Filling the clean water tank’) and start
the flushing procedure again (see chapter ‘Cleaning
and maintenance’, section ‘Flushing your AquaTrio’).
