Swype Keyboard
The Swype keyboard allows you to enter text by drawing a path
through the letters of a word, instead of touching each key to type the
word.
To set the Swype keyboard as the input keyboard
You can select the Swype keyboard as the input keyboard in either way
below.
• Touch and hold a text box to open the Edit text context menu


 Swype.
• If the Android keyboard is displayed, touch and hold to
open the Android keyboard context menu
 Input method
Swype . For information on using the Android keyboard, see
"Android Keyboard" on page 40.
To open the Swype keyboard
Touch a text box, or touch and hold the Menu button .
To close the Swype keyboard
Touch the Back button or touch and hold the Menu button .
