ANSWERING MACHINE OPERATION
Delete all messages
While you are listening to a message,

. Press and hold X key. The display on the right
is shown.

. Press OK key to confirm and you will hear “All
message deleted”.

. Press key to cancel the action.
Memory full
Memory will be full in the following 2 cases:
1
. During Memo/OGM/ICM recording, the unit becomes full.
2
. The memory has been full and somebody is
trying to record new Memo/OGM/ICM message.
In both of the above situations, the unit will prompt
“Answering Machine Full” and the display on the
right is shown.
OGM mode will change to OGM 2 automatically after Memory full.
Remember to delete messages!
To avoid exceeding the memory storage capacity, always delete messages after
listening.
Note:
The unit will NOT delete the messages you have NOT listened to.
