Align the printer with the support unit and lower it into
place on the tabs.

Plug the cable into the connector on the back of the printer.
6 Load paper in Tray2. For information about loading paper in
the tray, see page 2.7.
7 Reconnect the power cord and cables and then turn the
printer on.
N OTES :
• When you print a document, configure the printer driver from
your application. To access the printer driver, see page 4.2.
• Do not remove Tray 1 from the printer while you are printing
using the optional Tray 2. If you do this, a paper jam may occur.
Use the optional Tray 2 with Tray 1 in place.
