Check Remote Control Panel and then click Next.

Reinstalling Remote Control Panel

Start Windows.

From the Start menu, select Aficio BP20 Series in
Programs and click Maintenance .

Select Repair and then click Next.

Check Remote Control Panel and then click Next.

When reinstallation is completed, click Finish.
Removing Remote Control Panel

Start Windows.

From the Start menu, select Aficio BP20 Series in
Programs and click Maintenance .

Select Remove and then click Next .

Check Remote Control Panel and then click Next .

When your computer asks you to confirm your selection, click
Yes .

After the software is removed, click Finish .
